Let’s Talk Mental Health (11/06)
In a society where mental health is become more visible, it’s time to talk about how we can save those around us from going through mental health issues. This showcase will focus on the area of depression and how it can cripple the progress and success of one’s journey in life. We want to open a dialogue to find out how to help those around us and what signs to see to help prevent issues.

The program will include:-
• A Session of spirit-filled praise and worship
• A Bible quiz
• A debate “A Christian life is based on the outward appearance”
• Workshops (Jesus, The Holy Spirit, Peer Pressure, Hypocrisy and Luke warm Christians)
• Song ministrations
• A Message from a guest speaker
The event will also afford the opportunity to interact with other Christian youths and be encouraged by each others’ testimonies.
