I wrote this hymn in advance of my triumphant ordeal with Stevens Johnson Syndrome. I did not have the faintest clue about what I was to experience, yet the lyrics of the entire hymn prophetically and perfectly captured my season.

The prayers that we pray today are for tomorrow. The songs we write today are for tomorrow.

Kanayo

I am reminded that every detail of my life has been woven together by God. There is no thread of my life that is pointless or a waste. My God is intentional and He is for me. I live by assurance and not by accident.
