Scripture to read: Psalm 118 (Contemporary English Version)
“Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is made to fall, and I am not indignant? If I must boast, I will boast of the things that show my weakness. The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, he who is blessed forever, knows that I am not lying.” — 2 Corinthians 11:29-31
I am so shameless about my faith in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit that I care more about how they will be glorified and how hearts will be turned back to God than what I look like.
I want you to see the fire and the gold. I want you to see the valley, the process and the peak. The journey is just as important, if not more important than the destination.

What I put out there is open for public consumption, scrutiny and sharing. My experience was awful, devastating and incredibly raw. The images of my experience with this rare Stevens-Johnson syndrome are raw, vulnerable and graphic.
I’ve shared my story so that people know that when you decide to live your life for God, YOU WILL BE ATTACKED. You are not exempt from trials or challenges. You are only exempt from a ‘lack of purpose’ because God’s perfect purpose, heart and intent for us is revealed in every situation.

I echo what Isaiah 7:9 says; “If you are not firm in faith, you will not be firm at all.’”!
We need the valley to know that God is just as faithful there as He is on the mountaintop!
There are some people who will read of my story, look at these images/videos and think that they can use it as a way of harming me or making me feel low. I assure you that where God has brought me out from, no one can take me back. No power of hell, no scheme of man!
Whether people use it as a way of taunting or as a way of laughing saying ‘ha ha where is your God, or doesn’t she serve God’?
Thankfully I am not the first person to be asked such questions:
‘My tears have been my food day and night, while people say to me all day long, “Where is your God?”’ – Psalm 42:3
And I am not the first to respond…
“Are they servants of Christ? I am a better one—I am talking like a madman—with far greater labors, far more imprisonments, with countless beatings, and often near death.” — 2 Corinthians 11:23
May this testimony serve as a reminder that this God is able to pull you out from the depths of death. This testimony is bigger than me.
I am glad that this sickness happened to me at this stage in my life.
A young woman, just turned 26, recently graduated from her master’s degree with excellence, countless awards and recognitions, about to start her doctorate, incredibly vocal about her faith, excelling at work, relationships flourishing in her community, impactful to her generation, why wouldn’t the enemy try it?!?!
“One day, when the angels had gathered around the Lord, and Satan was there with them, the Lord asked, “Satan, where have you been?” Satan replied, “I have been going all over the earth.” Then the Lord asked, “What do you think of my servant Job? No one on earth is like him—he is a truly good person, who respects me and refuses to do evil.” “Why shouldn’t he respect you?” Satan remarked. “You are like a wall protecting not only him, but his entire family and all his property. You make him successful in whatever he does, and his flocks and herds are everywhere. Try taking away everything he owns, and he will curse you to your face.” The Lord replied, “All right, Satan, do what you want with anything that belongs to him, but don’t harm Job.” Then Satan left.” — Job 1:6-12 CEV
I am glad that the enemy had to take permission just like He did Job and God preserved my life.
“In spite of everything, Job did not sin or accuse God of doing wrong.” — Job 1:22 CEV
I am glad that I am a weapon in God’s hand to threaten and stomp on the enemy. My faith has been strengthened like never before.
“Their circumstances will never shake them and others will never forget their example. They will not live in fear or dread of what may come, for their hearts are firm, ever secure in their faith.” — Psalms 112:6-7 TPT
I say this with all seriousness and due caution: God will deal fiercely with anyone who desires to be malicious concerning this testimony. Vengeance is His.
As you can see, Heaven’s army fights my battles. Don’t let the devil use you and make the mistake of touching the apple of God’s eye through malicious talk, gossip and anything that displeases Him, because Jesus loves ME TOO MUCH OH!
If you don’t have anything noble to say, then use wisdom and keep quiet. I said what I said.
You have been warned gracefully.
