
ITV Tonight is Britain’s most popular current affairs programme, which delivers compelling stories that get to the heart of what matters most to its viewers.
It is an absolute blessing and honour to be part of ITV’s Black & British: Tonight special programme, which will air on Thursday 29th October 2020 at 7:30pm on ITV.
As Head of Psychology, I teach my students to be critical and question the hidden data. Black history month gives us the opportunity to be exposed to, and understand what is not recorded ‘visible’, popular history, and to push for a history that is inclusive of all…every month.
This episode amplifies the importance of understanding what it means to be Black and British through our stories (I share on my experience with systemic racism in Healthcare as part of my ongoing Stevens Johnson Syndrome Awareness campaign).
This episode celebrates the incredible work of black pioneers and our collective contribution to British society.
